Paternity

If the parents of a child are married when a child is born the husband is presumed to be the father.  However, this is often not the case.  To obtain child support, custody and visitation orders, parentage must be established pursuant to a "Paternity Action".  We can advise you of your rights and assist you with regard to paternity including the right to obtain genetic testing where parentage is disputed and help you obtain child support, custody and visitation awards.
